Commission ToS> Commissioned artwork can be used strictly by / for the client's personal use. Client must not use artwork for promotional or commercial use, unless agreed upon and client has paid my commercial use fee.> As my client, you have full ownership of the commissioned artwork, however, please be sure to credit me as the artist. Removal or cropping of my signature / logo is strictly prohibited.> As the artist, I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion. If you would like your commission to not be posted, or your name to not be attached to it, simply ask!> I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.> For NSFW commissions, all clients must be 18 years or older at time of order. If this information is falsified, you will be permanently blacklisted.> Do not use your commission for NFT purposes. You will be blacklisted and I will be forced to take legal action.> Artwork of any kind ( illustrations, sprites, emotes, icons ect. ) may not be printed or sold as merchandise unless agreed upon and my commercial use fee is paid. If the client requests characters of IP's not belonging to them ( e.g. Fanart of existing characters ), they are solely responsible for the use of the artwork. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use copy righted characters.> I will only receive comments and concerns by my paying client. I will not accept any other third-party feedback on my artwork. Any new developments will be directly shared between my commissioner and I. I value direct communication, and I will speak solely to my commissioner regarding the progress of the commission.₊ ⚜ ₊Payment> I currently only accept payment through PayPal.> Payment must be completed in full, upfront, unless an alternate plan is agreed upon.> > To follow, a deposit of 25% of the entire commission must be paid upon order. This deposit is non-refundable, is required for me to begin working, and is required to hold your spot in my commission queue.₊ ⚜ ₊The Process1.) Full Payment or Deposit.2.) Sketch - The sketch displays the pose and emotion of the illustration. Pose / emotion / or any other corrections are available at this step. I will also provide a "shading guide" as a reference of how shadows will be cast in the illustration. Factors such as line weight and cleanliness will not be reflected in the final product. I will not redraw the pose or any other aspects after the final confirmation of the sketch.3.) Lineart - Final lineart of the illustration. Minor fixes, and minor additions, such as finger placements, direction of eyeballs, and strands / chunks of hair may be accommodated. There will be no further changes allowed after lineart is approved.4.) Base Colors - Any color changes are available for free as long as a color reference ( image of color / color palette / or hex ) is provided. I will not accept text descriptions and I won't be "trying" colors.5.) Final Product - You receive your illustration! :DNote : You will receive work in progress screenshot at every step to ensure quality. You may ask for WIPs whenever you'd like but please understand that I am not only working on your commission but also multiple other projects. Please be sure that you can wait for your commission to be completed.₊ ⚜ ₊RefundsNote : As stated earlier, 25% of the entire commission will be considered a deposit and is required to hold your spot in my commission queue.> There is a 48 hour grace period from the initial payment to receive a refund should you decide not to work with me. I will not work on the commission until after the period ends in order to ensure commitment.If backing out of commissions after sending payment becomes a repeated behavior, you risk being blacklisted.> Once the 48 hour period ends, I will begin working on the commission.> If I personally need to cancel a commission or am unable to complete the commission, you will be refunded in full, including deposit.> If a deadline is agreed upon and I fail to meet it, but you allow me to continue despite the deadline, you have the option to be partially refunded or receive an additional illustration ( be it colored sketches or cell shaded rough pieces / the amount refunded must be mutually agreed on ).> To follow, if a deadline is too short or in between too many projects, I will decline your commission.> In the event that my client must cancel the commission after the grace period has begun, refunds may be given depending on the progress of the artwork ( under the pretenses that you have paid in full ) ...> Sketch - Deposit will not be refunded, 75% after removal of the deposit may be refunded.> Lineart - Deposit will not be refunded, 50% after removal of the deposit may be refunded.> Base Color - Deposit will not be refunded, 25% after removal of the deposit may be refunded.> Shading / Final Step - Because this is the final step, should you decide to cancel your commission with me, you will not be refunded at all.Note : Frequent cancellations will increase your risk of being blacklisted.
